Rev. Eric Campbell
Senior Pastor
Eric Campbell joined our staff in April of 2005 as our senior pastor. He comes to us from the Baptist Convention of Ontario and Quebec, where he last served. After working for 25 years in the “secular” field, he and his family (Sharon, Matthew, Julia and Ethan) took a step of faith to answer God’s call to full-time ministry. He brings a passion for the Gospel with him, as well as gifts of leadership and preaching with which God has equipped him. His style is “casual”, and relevant to today’s culture. Rev. Sarah Scott
Associate Pastor
Rev Sarah Scott serves as our Associate Pastor.  Before coming to Bridgewater Baptist in 2004, Sarah has worked with Christian Camping in Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Scotland, which gave lots of opportunity to hoot and holler the days away.  Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Dalhousie University with a major in theatre and a Masters of Divinity  from Acadia University with special awards in Preaching and Theology.  Sarah and her husband John have two very furry children, Finzi (a Golden Retriever) and Brie (a English Springer Spaniel).
Dr. Bruce Fawcett
Pastor of Training and Discipleship
Dr. Bruce Fawcett is serving with us in a part-time capacity as Pastor of Training and Discipleship during the 2010/2011 academic year while Pastor Sarah is on maternity leave. A graduate of Atlantic Baptist University (B.A.), Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary (M.Div.), Harvard University (Th.M.), and the University of Wales (Ph.D.), Bruce serves at Acadia Divinity College as Academic Dean, Director of Doctoral Studies, and Associate Professor of Leadership. Prior to his current roles he served in local church ministry, taught at the undergraduate level, and served in denominational leadership. In his spare time he enjoys travel, writing, podcasts, and long walks with his wife. He and Penny are the proud parents of two teenagers and make their home in the Annapolis Valley.
Angie DeLong
Church Secretary
Angie Delong has been our Church Administrative Clerk since December 2009.  She has been part of our fellowship since 2005 and enjoys the many programs available here, especially the youth programs for her children.  She has participated in ministries such as the Praise Team, Video Ministry, Ladies’ Bible Study and is also a Sunday School teacher.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Secretarial Diploma, as well as a Medical Transcriptionist Diploma.  She is very happy to be serving here at Bridgewater Baptist Church.
